What is your primary motivation to go to work every morning?

The freedom to build unique solutions for operations as well as for our clients.

What is something you think everyone should do at least once in their lives?

Go to Ireland, drive the Ring of Kerry, stay in a castle on your way to Dublin (hint leave your windows open for fresh air and some flying friends), see the Irish Dancers, and visit the Hairy Lemon.

What is the best way someone can spend their time?

An adventure with a person(s) you love.

Who inspires you to be better?

Erik. He is a constantly supportive person that encourages me to grow, uplifts me when I am down, and reminds me of my worth.

If you could make one rule that everyone had to follow, what rule would you make?

Do not ask me to pick a favorite.

What book impacted you the most?

The Five Love Languages. I love knowing the "why" behind a person's actions. It helps to cope. Also helps to problem solve. This book taught me how to understand and help the people around me.

What is something you will NEVER do again?

Walk to the top of the St Olaf's Church in Estonia.

Having a big heart and being a wonderful mother.
