For incoming accounts: Please send shareholder and certificate lists in Excel format to setup@cleartrusttransfer.com. Send physical records to our delivery address at 16540 Pointe Village Drive, Suite 206, Lutz, Florida 33558.

For outgoing accounts: Upon receipt of final payment, we will deliver all books and records promptly to your address of record.
