Beneficial Shareholders
If you hold shares in a brokerage account, you must pre-register for the meeting by no later than June 11, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET. Click below, then select “Access Meeting: Non-Registered Holders” to pre-register. Select LifeMD, Inc. from the dropdown menu and complete the form provided.
We will contact you to verify your share holdings. We will ask you to provide a scan of your legal proxy, broker-generated proxy card, or other similar evidence of shareholdings. We will then grant you access to the meeting.
To vote your shares, please follow separate instructions provided to you by your broker.
