Beneficial Shareholders
If you hold shares in a brokerage account, you must pre-register for the meeting by no later than June 23, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET. Click below, then select “Access Meeting: Non-Registered Holders” to pre-register. Select LifeMD, Inc. from the dropdown menu and complete the form provided.
We will contact you to verify your share holdings. We will ask you to provide a scan of your legal proxy, broker-generated proxy card, or other similar evidence of shareholdings. We will then grant you access to the meeting.
