Stone Point Credit Corporation (“SPCC”) is an externally managed, non-diversified closed-end management investment company that has elected to be regulated as a business development company (“BDC”) under the Investment Company Act of 1940, focused on lending to middle market companies. Stone Point Credit Adviser LLC manages the day-to-day operations of SPCC and provides it with investment advisory and management services.
