Kara A. Kennedy

Executive Director.

Kara co-founded ClearTrust in 2009. Her focus is on industry research, compliance and business solutions. She is a small business advocate and proactive in the securities industry, frequently serving as a consultant for issuers and other transfer agents.

Kara graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and International Business. She is fluent in Spanish.

Matthew Luginbuehl

Director of Operations.

Matthew joined ClearTrust in 2009, eager be a part of a company whose values mirrored his own. His biggest focus is currently on managing daily operations. When he is not assisting one of our amazing clients, he serves as head of business development.

Matthew served our country in the Army and Marine Corp for 12 years. He is currently completing his Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance at the University of South Florida. He was born a German-speaker in Switzerland.

Juan Osorio

Managing Member.

Juan co-founded ClearTrust in 2009. His focus is on information technology, accounting, and business strategy. From building our computer network to strategizing our next move, he has been an integral part of our growth and success.

Juan graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and International Business. Born in Colombia, he is fluent in Spanish.

Kyla Kennedy

Account Initiation & Operations.

Kyla joined ClearTrust in 2009, seeing an opportunity to work for a company with huge growth potential. She specializes in the fine details of daily operations, and played a crucial role in developing the processes that fuel ClearTrust’s unique operations.

Kyla has been involved in the transfer agent business her entire career. Learning from the ground up, she puts her experience into play on a daily basis.
